pemacom is the Cross-Border Private Equity and M&A Conference (formerly MuMAC), the industry’s leading conference for cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments.

The origins of pemacom

The Conference started in 2010 as a conference room two-panel event attended by clients and friends of us organizers, followed by a visit to the Oktoberfest.

In essence, this has not changed since. – What has changed, however, are two basic aspects.

For one, the conference has experienced a decisive shift toward private equity.

And for two, we have realised that attendees are far more than an audience – they connect and stay in touch beyond the conference in a particular manner.

We altogether have at some point started becoming and being a community. Interactive, interested in and supportive of each other. This is pemacom, the Private Equity and M&A Community.
